Our mission:
The Business Angels Club supports entrepreneurial action, which makes it possible actively to help fashion a constantly renewing society worth living in, with attractive jobs, products and services.
We support entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial personalities in the construction and development of economically sustainable organizations. In doing so, we provide resource oriented sponsoring – with knowledge, money, and personal connections.
For us, our services are an investment; our reward will be to share in the expected increase in the value of your company.

BBAF Fondsgesellschaft mbH:
BBAF Fondsgesellschaft mbH is a venture capital company independent of the incorporated association Business Angels Club e.V. and organized as a private limited company. The Company was founded by members of the Association.
Fund goals and vision:
The Business Angels Fund participates in the seed and start-up phase of growth oriented businesses with competent entrepreneurs at the helm.
- it places the the know-how of its investors, their entrepreneurial expertise and their international contacts and relationships at the disposal of investee companies
- it is return oriented and targets an exit within three to six years
- it invests amounts ranging from EUR 50 to 100k.
- its commitment is to the biotechnology, IT and communication technologies, media and clean tech industries
- it lays the foundation for the acquisition of further Venture Capital companies, and is thus in a position to arrange even substantial funding rounds
- it is a side investor for the HTGF, the IBB-Bet, the BC-Brandenburg and other public sector financing partners.
