II. For founders and entrepreneurs who make inquiries to the association
The Business Angels Club Berlin-Brandenburg e.V. serves as an information and exchange forum for founders and entrepreneurs and business angels with the primary aim of bringing young, innovative companies from high-growth markets to business angels and other investors from the BACB network. In these cases, the association’s offices act as coordinators in arranging contacts. They support you in making appointments between business angels, network partners of the association and the inquiring founders / companies and organize the monthly matching events. The association cannot make binding commitments to contact business angels and contact is not always made.
The financial participation of business angels in start-ups or companies that are looking for a business angel through the association takes place without exception at the own risk of both the investor and the founder and without liability of the Business Angels Club Berlin-Brandenburg e.V.
The Business Angels Club Berlin-Brandenburg e.V. does not act in an advisory capacity and does not participate in investment negotiations or business deals between the companies and business angels or network partners of the association.
